Trophy Deer and Exotics Hunting at San Angelo Game Ranch

We offer trophy deer hunting on 2,560 acres of high fenced ranch country. There are big hills and lots of cover for deer. We only harvest 8 mature bucks per year, so the hunting is limited.
Mature bucks will score 125 - 150 Gross B&C. Each year the quality of our bucks keeps getting better. We try to only harvest
the bucks that are 5-1/2 + years old.

The cost of the hunt is $ 3,500 for four days of hunting. Lodging
and meals are also included in the price. I would say that the
success rate is 99% on bucks over the past five years.

We have blinds and feeders set up at strategic locations around the property. You will have a good hunt here and a good time too. Contact us if you need more information. The best hunting dates usually get booked by March each year so do not wait too

AXIS DEER
We have great axis deer hunting at the ranch. Some of our axis bucks will go 36 inches tall. The best time of year to hunt axis bucks is May thru June. This is when most of the bucks are in hard horns without velvet. The axis deer are kept in our exotic
pasture of 640 acres. We have other exotics in there as well.
Axis deer, blackbuck antelope, aoudad sheep and trophy white-tailed deer all live in this pasture that I call "The Zoo".

The cost of the Axis Buck Hunt is $ 100 per day and that covers your lodging at the ranch and meals. When you are successful in harvesting an axis buck, the harvest fee is $ 1,500.

BLACKBUCK ANTELOPE
We have excellent quality Blackbuck Antelope on the ranch too. Some of out bucks will go 22 inches tall and have 3 curls on their horns.
This kind of quality is "gold medal" standards. The best time of the year to hunt Blackbucks is January, February and March. During these months, the mature blackbucks have a deep dark coat and are very impressive looking for a really great looking trophy mount.

The cost of the Blackbuck Hunt is $ 100 per day and that covers your lodging and meals. When you are successful in harvesting an animal,
the cost is $ 1,400 as a harvest fee.

Our "no harvest - no pay" policy has been very popular with trophy hunters that are looking for that special animal to mount. The success rate on blackbucks in the 16 - 20 inch range is 99% over the past five years. There are bucks that will go up to 22 inches, but the success rate goes down as the quality goes up. a 20 inch blackbuck antelope.

AOUDAD SHEEP
We have some really nice trophy aoudad sheep on the ranch. These wiley critters are sometimes hard to find, but they are there. The terrain is hilly as you can see from the photo. There is also a lot of cedar trees where they can hide out. We hunt the sheep a variety of ways including stand hunting, spot and stalk and also driving around in the truck in spots where the sheep are known to hang out.
We have trophy rams in the 24 to 30 inch ranch. There may be some old rams that will go more than 30 inches, but they are few in numbers.
